are there tools memory profiling of applications consist of c# , delphi parts?

these 2 parts cannot started separately - 1 application. c# , delphi communicate via com each others.

update have tried dottrace memory 3.5 - application crashed exception in clr.dll. can start application via profiler - selection mark memory - crash occur if want snapshot.

i assume compile them separately, means can profiled separately. depending on version of delphi, aqtime comes gross profiling debugger.

i can't help c# portion, assume profilers exist, perhaps in microsofts own tool chain, can run ide.
