php - Website gets downloaded partially -

i've been having issues pages in backend of website. happens in multiple browsers (firefox, chrome, safari). website uses zend framework 1.11 , runs on shared hosting environment (php, apache)

when seek load pages, chrome outputs blank page. download html, partially. when check web inspector, see next (see screenshot). also, when seek download page through chrome, next error: "curl: (18) transfer closed outstanding read info remaining". (and indeed, part of html downloaded)

i've noticed failing requests don't show in apache's access/error logs.
