i know how include mercurial hooks in local repository. done adding hook hgrc file along location of python code , python hook.

[hooks] pretxncommit.require_case=python:.hg/require_case.py:require_case

now take hook , add together hgrc file located in central repository. after create changes hgrc file of central repository , when mercurial clone on repository, hgrc file not have hook definition. central repository running under linux environment.

am missing in steps. advice appreciated. thanks.

the hook entries don't transfer between repositories, none of details in hgrc do. see http://www.selenic.com/mercurial/hgrc.5.html under "files"

per-repository configuration options apply in particular repository. file not version-controlled, , not transferred during "clone" operation. options in file override options in other configuration files. on plan 9 , unix, of file ignored if doesn't belong trusted user or trusted group. see documentation [trusted] section below more details.
