well, it's that. have website, https://www.fagakademiet.no, developed dotnetnuke , upgraded v7. works fine in pc using chrome, people complain not work in pc's using chrome. when login, admin toolbar not work. doesn't work in ie, opera, firefox, etc. thoughts?

often times issues related browser caching of resources (js,css,etc)

you might see if hard refresh works users.

also might check host settings see if have client dependancy framework , resource minification enabled. seek disabling if , see if helps.
