performance - How to speed up asp.net mvc 4 compliation and first load in development? -

i'm working off of stock asp.net mvc 4 templates, , not doing terribly database intensive.

every time create change, recompile , reload page (i.e. refresh page after done compiling) initial load takes between 12-15 seconds. if refresh page 1 time again again takes .150 load.

i have solution non-ssd drive, going scheme drive, ssd. solution consists of 1 mvc 4 project , 1 (empty) test project.

any thought how prepare initial slowness?

i followed of tips listed on site, felt building temporary asp.net files ram disk seemed help quite bit.
