as obvious, using windows 7, , have:

python 2.7.3 jdk android emulator device drivers sony tipo.

please help! way, prefer running on phone first. thinking of moving emulator later(after tutorial completed).

i not sure if still issue you, ran similar issue , managed solve leave note here.

if gets kind of error, go pgs4a folder , android-sdk folder. there, run sdk manager.exe file. see list of tools , different android versions. seek find version working on , install 'uninstalled'.

i managed solve above issue installing under current , previous android versions. hope help ran same issue!
