i've been tasked trying add together message product compare page appear if client has, stroke of stupidity, been able access page when there no products compare

now understand there <script type="text/javascript">window.close();</script> in there seems doesn't work if open new window , type in url (the equivalent bookmarking page, how figure if set message above <script type="text/javascript">window.close();</script> line, if window doesn't close client message.

now part easy enough, hard part sec part task , that's allowing text changeable though blackened much how can alter logo image alt in scheme > configuration > design > header.

we have new section in scheme > configuration custom modules don't want have create entire module section can't trust edited page , not stuff in process can alter 1 line of text

so there way add together customizable text magento page

you alter javascript window.location = '/sorry-page'; or , creat "sorry-page` cms page. otherwise need custom module.
