i went on my website before started working on day , has changed since lastly night. text messed up, input text beveled , navbar text (un-hovered) bluish when set #999999 (grey). thought how happened or how prepare it?

the colour of visited links set rgba(0,0,255,0.4) on line 72 of styles.css...
