shopping cart - Magento shop gets stuck on billing informtaion -
after years of working fine, our website has stopped functioning correctly. works until user tries checkout. upon clicking go on on billing info page doesn't respond , users cannot go on purchase.
i have tried adding blank <div class="col-right"></div> in onepage.phtml suggested in post no success.
i had similar issue, resolved disabling magento compiler in admin panel. check haven't got enabled.
