so, question is: there way preserve html estructure, mean td , tr within "uppanelactuciones" or other tag or attribute want?

that's because nodevalue property text contents of node.

use savexml() method instead:

$elm = $dochtml->getelementbyid('uppanelactuciones'); print $dochtml->savexml($elm);
