actually have region.op.union , region.op.intersection operation multiple regions. want know shape of ultimate output region, still have rectangular area or not?

it can complex (iscomplex()), i.e. consists of more 1 rectangle. not sure mean "curvy", can polygonal. if understand correctly, can utilize getboundarypath() path describing resulting shape.
