i have app needs able download 1gb+ files on cellular connection on battery power.

i didn't read documentation , implemented solution using background transfer service. works fine big files preference set 'none', when phone connected powerfulness supply.

does know if there way override restriction, or know of how implement alternative. if works when app in foreground, have do!

any file on 100mb needs go on ac , wifi per current design. there no way override these limits unfortunately.
