yes. not straight might think. this. create multiple web.config files named web.test.config, web.qa.config, web.stage.config, web.prod.config, etc. each of these has connection strings, , other settings, needed in each of environments. after build , deploy, branch, utilize ant/nant script replace web.config 1 want environment.
