Alternative to xml files in Magento -
is there alternative xml files in magento? why?
as per knowledge have utilize xml files activate , run our module still want know whether possible or not.

as far know there aren't alternatives - @ to the lowest degree not out of box.
whether it possible... wouldn't advise since have source code @ mercy rewrite code reading xml files (e.g. mage_core_model_config::loadmodules) read configuration somewhere else ;)
