push notification - Unable to unsubscribe user from titanium cloud -

i beginner in titanium app development , need help in force notifications. issue experiencing is:

i create "user a" on cloud app , subscribes force notifications , notifications successfully. when seek recreate "user b" after unsubscribing "user a" , logout "user a" same device , subscribe "user b" force notifications , receiving notifications "user b" still receiving notifications "user a" not correct. however, in "subscribed devices" in cloud app management there 1 user listed device token "user b".

any help highly appreciable.
