i executed query, retrieves more 100,000 records, uses joins retrieve records. while query running whole server becomes slow , affects other sites, seek run normal query records. in case, query runs getting many number of records , other query running simultaneously of different info base.

review requirements. why retrieving hundreds of thousands of records? sure no human can @ many. analysis should pushed performed on server , retrieve aggregate results why need analyze hundreds of thousands of records? perhaps need etl pipeline extract required aggregates/summation on daily basis maybe query need analyse hundreds of thousands of records, perhaps you're missing index if of above don't apply means need bigger boat. current hardware cannot handle requirements.
