Retrieving the COM class factory for component with CLSID because server banned to have office or VS -

i wanted upload work windows server 2008 x64 there error on work

retrieving com class mill component clsid {00024500-0000-0000-c000-000000000046} failed due next error: 80040154

i know cause of error. it's because server missing libary not installed microsoft office.

the reason inquire becase there no visual studio on server too.

i out of idea. please help
