i have question recarding capability of combination of different chips.

we have pic16f1824 microchip controller, possible connect bluetooth module http://www.microchip.com/pagehandler/en-us/technology/bluetooth , read info chip, connected microchip controller ?

yes, both pic , bluetooth module have uart interface. thing need careful of if utilize same supply voltage. if not, through info sheets ensure i/o pins on both devices tolerate i/o voltage mismatch. mutual case 3.3v device inputs not tolerant of 5v logic.
