ios - In App Purchase will not complete when testing in xcode with iphone -

i used tutorial ray wenderlich add together iap app. in output see product not purchased loading product list, , i'm prompted confirm want purchase product, , click purchase , shows in output buying.. , that's it.

i either pop showing pre-populated old id deleted sandbox business relationship empty password field. or pop saying have purchased in app purchase has not been downloaded.

i using consumable products now. before when did test app tutorial non-consumable , went through. have tried non-consumable product , wont complete. additionally test app used work gets same point , wont complete.

did mess in itunes connect when deleted old sanbox account? or what? frustrating!

i going around , around in circles. help awesome!
