.net - 3rd Party Control Will Not Install On Windows 8/IE 10 -

we have .net framework 2 web-based app uses txtextcontrol text editor. have built-in script sets caspol our users. getting "access denied" error when seek install command on windows 8/ie 10 machines, shown in image below. have installed 3.5 framework (which installs 2 , 3), still no joy getting command install.

any ideas , advice appreciated, more , more of our users wanting utilize our scheme on windows 8 machines!

since .net 4.5, security model has been changed , hosting these controls blocked in net explorer default. previous behavior can restored setting enableiehosting value of registry subkey hklm/software/microsoft/.netframework 1.
