i developped metro app , company only. i'm not going upload windows store.

i want utilize app on windows rt devices (over 400). tried open appx powershell powershell needs developer license

how can deploy app rt devices ?

therefore need windows 8 enterprise, enables you, "sideload" app straight on devices
