android - Failed to allocate memory: 8 -

from today, when tried run app in netbeans on 2.3.3 android platform, shows me that:

failed allocate memory: 8

this application has requested runtime terminate in unusual way. please contact application's back upwards team more information.

and emulator doesn't want start.

this first time when see it, , google has no asnwers this, tried 2 versions of netbeans 6.9.1 , 7.0.1, still same error.

i figured out. problem in amount of ram had specified virtual machine, , 1024mb, have 512mb , ok, need find how improve amount of ram, 512 not much, , machine little bit laggy.
