c# - how to get RIOT.dll -

i'm trying 5hours riot.dll (so can utilize in c# application). have downloaded riot standalone application http://luci.criosweb.ro/riot/download/ , riot plug-in other applications. can't find dll. it's not in folder after instalation. downloaded zip file (download riot dll version) http://download.criosweb.ro/download.php?sid=r-dll contains .exe. 1 time again after instaling .exe can't find .dll nowhere.

i know it's stupid solution can't see now.
