i trying create study calcualtes overtime has worked in week, understanding of calulation be.

my columns :

extra hours worked per week

total hr worked per week

calculation

extra hours worked per week / (extra hours worked per week + total hr worked per week) * 100

if represent columns minutes sum them , calculation 1 figure if sum minutes in hours , minutes , same calculation different figure. want know is, calculation right , if so, should doing calculation using minutes or using hours , minutes.

assuming want calculate percentage of hours, calculation should be:

((totalhours * 100)/(totalhours - extrahours))-100

and advise maintain calculation in minutes, , in end convert hours (and minutes).
