internet explorer - IE Dropdown Nav menu hiding behind Slider -

i'm using purchased template , having problem solving issue given code. in net explorer, dropdown nav bars fall behind slide shows on home page, , behind img elements on other pages. i've tried other suggestions such making nav, ul,and li's z-index:10000, , sliders z-index:-1. tried z-index variable script ineffective. there suggestion on thread mentioned making sure both nav , slider position relative, were... issue haunting me , preventing me finishing site! bug left.

i know there hundreds of threads out there on issue specific template have purchased, still haven't found solution. template quickr html responsive 4grafx , have yet receive response developers.

i has css styling using nav, works fine in ie9, see you've got webkit padding, seek taking away.

-webkit-margin-before: 1.67em; -webkit-margin-after: 1.67em; -webkit-margin-start: 0px; -webkit-margin-end: 0px;
