i seem having issue application center client on ios 6.x.

it unusual because able connect download application center device when launch plain gray screen.

i see following:

is language of phone set english? if not seek this. if mobile client works means facing known problem have fixed in 5.0.5.1 (see ibm worklight v5.0.5.1 , ibm mobile foundation v5.0.5.1).
