repository - Mix repositories with SVN -

i developing web application in php framework symphony (1.4). code versioned using svn. in web app, there mutual base of operations shared of our customers, , extra-functionalities created each customer. specifics in files / folders anywhere within project’s code. trying here have different repositories can mix easily:

one mutual base. when want work on it, can checkout repository, whatever have , commit… so, svn :) one each customer. , that’s it’s tricky… when have work on specific client code, checkout mutual base of operations , client repositories within same folder, whatever have do, commit specific code, remind spread within different folders / files within project.

i have looked around , found different things svn property external or svnadmin sub-command dump. did not found seems appropriate needs. before start working on shell script , potentially mess projects, questions :

have ever face kind of issue how manage specific code within projects

create several branches, 1 base of operations functionality , 1 every customer. can utilize svn:external within repository link base of operations functionality files.
