i have made website , reason works in ie 9 none of text highlightable in firefox 18 or chrome , none of links work. have tried changing divs links have z index of 999 have validated code w3c, have tried changing tags used decorate links , tried different css none of works.

i cannot find out wrong , mystery why works in ie, worst browser.

try removing "z-index: -1" wrapper div. solved problem in chrome , ff me.
