jquery - Richfaces drag and drop - drag indicator not show when dragSrouce is inside PopupPanel in IE9 -

i have drag , drop within rch:popuppanel, , drag indicator appear behind popup panel, , dont know how prepare this, seek this,

.rf-ind-drag.default{ z-index: 10000; }

but prepare chrome, ie9 still suffer same problem, 1 experience problem before , know how prepare it?
