java - How was this Eclipse view made? -

i'm looking in developing plugin eclipse add together new context menu , when clicked dialog pop , users able select list of thing install. dialog have same , sense of attached screen shoot (from eclipse when edit new plugin).

so question is: thought how interface made? html , if how can done? or custom swing controls, or this? i'm new java might not inquire question properly, help appreciated.
