Why might Windows Azure CloudBlobContainer access occasionally fail with The remote certificate is invalid according to the validation procedure -

i using evaluation subscription windows azure.

occasionally when seek access methods on cloudblobcontainer such getpermissions() web service hangs. after adding logging see "the underlying connection closed: not found trust relationship ssl/tls secure channel. remote certificate invalid according validation procedure." in log.

i have had happen when using createifnotexists().

what might causing this?

i have upgraded version 1.7 version 2 of storage client library still see behavior.

this not problem i've encountered before, if error message accurate there funky going on ssl certificate in storage. possible work around not utilize ssl. if talking storage business relationship in same info centre, don't think adversely impact security. should able changing https http in connection string.

if work, might pay contact ms support, might point problem on end.
