Android Developer Tools: XML does not show correctly -

i installed latest android developer tools, pretty much same eclipse juno (with puprple icon) cept greenish , emulator seems target devices more specifically.

my problem when imported project new ide xml layout doesn't render correctly. spinners streach whole length of screen, whereas before of desired size. more bizare when run programme in emulator, looks desired it.

how can order graphical layout? seems redundant because not reflecting graphically code telling , making hard me design app because have check running it.

perhaps simply: default layout size in xml viewer has changed.
