azure - Can't install KB981898 - "The update is not applicable to your computer" -

i have tried install hotfix kb981898 deal tfs 2010 problem. tfs problem when trying check in big files client, connection breaks , next error: "unable read info transport connection: existing connection forcibly closed remote host"

however, when seek install hotfix on windows azure 2008 r2 datacenter sp1 vm (iis 7.5) , message "the update not applicable computer"

any thought wrong or suggestions workarounds?
