i using samsung galaxy 10.1 tablet. can add together proxy wifi. can same celluar comnnection ? if yes, how ?

or can bundle browser there can limit on web sites visited ?

proxies may not work on cellular operators. , create sure provide proper access point name

settings > more > mobile networks > access point names > (tap edit apn or create new apn)> proxy & port
