php - Push notification server issue -
i using apns sending force notification , working dev server. here url

and here server on same script applied.
http://www.amigos-groups.com/mobileapps/test1.php
for getting error
failed connect: 111 connection refused.
is certificate set correctly on other site? post code.
more info needed in order help solve problem. please add together php code in question question. thanks.
