while trying view changes made file next error:

i installed latest tortoisesvn 1.7.11, build 23600 - 64 bit , 2012/12/12 19:08:52

restarted computer. ran "clean up" on folder in file located. still getting error.

update: opened tmp file in notepad++. there null characters added bottom of file. able prepare problem removing these characters.

chances saved file unicode rather ascii (which lastly line of error suggesting check). there's nil wrong computer or environment "cleaned". check file encoding , alter ascii if turns out unicode.
