iphone - Android Application that points to a web app -
i have web application optimized mobile viewing, can used on smartphones (android, iphone, etc).
the development of web application nearing completion, have actual downloadable app users can set on phones. app literally point web application , inquire them log in.
is can done, or need develop total fledged android , iphone applications separately interact web app somehow?

phonegap tool asking out of box. if familiar native development, can create simple app main view web browser (see webview (android) or uiwebview (ios)).
