using win7, c++ builder 2009 have project able compile , run without issues when part , language format set "english (united states)".

when alter format "italian (italy)", programme compiles exception "project .exe raised exception class eclassnotfound message 'class tqrpdffilter not found'."

nothing else changes in programme or paths, scheme alter , exception. checked both include , lib paths , setup correctly. ideas/suggestions appreciated.

its been while since asked question. i'm next up, reference. believe issue based on import paths our projects use. have "common" set of code shared between projects. mutual source has references tqrpdffilter specific project not. changing path order, putting mutual @ to the lowest degree priority, got past problem. not reply question far why blowing different language, might give insight others on how past it, if come across similar setups.
