what metatrader plugin? have seen term in several promotions , articles. described in these articles species expert inserts of libraries in other languages (not mql4 / 5).
a plugin referred c++ extension runs in mt server self.
just meta manager api, allows extend operations of platform manager, mt plugin allows extent actual trading logic of server. of course of study goes without saying need access actual server deploy one.
