i upgraded asp.net website 2.0 4.0 framework. websites uses farpoint. after framework upgrade, 1 of page throwing error mentioned in title. farpoint.web.spread assembly registred in page , fpspread used. farpoint.web.spread.dll assembly version 3.0.2003.2005. need refer latest dll of same or there other prepare issue? new farpoint, please help me....

spread 3 isn't compatible 4.0 framework. have tried upgrading spread? can download free trial of spread.net 6 here
