i asked create website restaurant changed owners. wanted new url. owner of old site enacted redirect new site.

old site: http://www.refugelounge.com

new site: http://www.therefugeyc.com

i don't know lot redirects have sneaking suspicion whatever going on here hurting new site's pagerank , traffic. old url comes first in google , shows exact clone of new site. , when visiting old site, url remains static no matter page visited.

they utilize frames (frameset + frame). despite beingness obsolete ("must not used authors"), frames bad usability (it's not possible users link specific page).

they should utilize http 301 redirect.
