data binding - LongListSelector Empty View when no items are available -

is there comparable empty view of android lists when i'm using longlistselector in wp8? app loads info net , when there no info available, want display message user list empty.

i avoid solution includes other views visible when list empty.

does need in list? set textblock above list , hide when info is/comes available...
