i new windows azure world, , have doubts utilize of resource files in deployed application.

when have application deployed, possible add together or update existing resource (resx) files without rebuilding application? have read info not sure yet of best practices situation.

i have seen suggestions of inserting content of resource files in table or blob storage, update of files not forcefulness rebuild, long application pool "recycled".

i've thought same thing want when want alter on our code have redeploy our app azure , takes long time upload don't know possible update resource (resx) files.
