please recommend scrum/agile project management tool. first, should able installed or deployed on local computer. additionally, should free, no need finish unlimited usage, can back upwards 5 users , scrum project functions, such "kanban".

i found answers of other questions mine. of tools have been recommended old, please recommend newer tools me. , if has nice better, scrumwise or targetprocess.

must haves:

given you're wanting local application, i'm assuming team located in same place.

if so, i'd advise against using tools. agile manifesto says: "we value individuals , interactions on processes , tools". i'd urge consider co-locating team(s), improving communication, using cards, physical boards , info radiators.
