how can create input on keyboard shut downwards batch program? batch newbie , i'm having problem exiting program.

my programme made start few other programs on boot of computer. know if hold ctrl+c terminate programme there way can shutdown instantly pressing, example, "f" on keyboard?

i made simple exe sets errorlevel value in batch file 1 when specified key pressed.

so if did

getkeydoodle j if errorlevel 1 echo pressed j!

and user pressed j or holding j, should echo. here's download getkeydoodle
