tridion - Content Delivery - Un-publish Error -

we have found pretty unusual issue in sdl tridion 2011 sp1 hr 1 content delivery in when un-publish content publishing fail.

the fail weird. have created 2 construction groups:

100 example 400 other

each contains same page types. pages contain standard metadata (text fields etc)

if un-publish 100 illustration on sg files removed if un-publish 400 other on sg publish task fails (cd log snippet below) if go 400 other sg , select files un-publish, fine the sg items contain no sg, or weird chars in 'directory' name.

i see there hotfix - 'cd_2011.1.0.79212 - cumulative hotfix' referenced in sdl tridion forum post (https://forum.sdltridion.com/topic.asp?topic_id=7554) - version number strikes me sdl tridion 2011 sp 1.

i've installed hotfix cd_2011.1.1.83475 (a cumulative hotfix), doens't resolve issue.

i didn't raise sdl back upwards yet wanted set info out community first.

my error message is:
