i trying have sandbox business relationship create $1.00 balance, has credit card linked, bam, grabs more money credit card nil seek billing fail exactly because need charge outstanding balance i'm testing.

so credit card linkage, money business relationship of $0.00 balance, bank linked , same happens. test business relationship must verified create purchases on recurring. yet should fail billing, haven't gotten next billing cycle comes in few hours (testing daily recurring) see if 1 of $1.00 accounts $1.00 cycle fail won't happen guess because credit card or bank business relationship linked test accounts.
