internet explorer - Jquery - animations working fine in all browsers except IE -

i have made site uses deal of jquery animations , plugins. works fine on browsers except ie of jquery works.

what meant occur several sub-menus meant appear when big menu items clicked (products, manufacturing, etc). occurs on pages: http://host.pixelframe.net.au/~pptestco/index.php?id=8 not on home page.

the error seams linked slidup()/sliddown() animations.

so far, have tested on ie 9.

looking in ies console says has found errors in jquery.minl.js file have linked google librarys (version 1.8.2)

ajax.googleapis.com/ajax/libs/jquery/1.8.2/jquery.min.js

it says has issues doctype though have tried both transitional , strict.

here errors:

can suggest way resolve this?

edit: update - have no thought whats happening. different result seems occur each time load ie...
