ruby on rails - Rake cannot load sqlite3 file -

i new ruby on rails , trying setup sample application next getting started guide. installing rails on mac os x mount lion. rails working can run default getting started application. when seek run rake db:create command, however, getting next message:

rake aborted! cannot load such file -- sqlite3/sqlite3_native

i know there bunch of questions asked , answered regarding none of suggestions identified have been able help.

please allow me know can working.
