apache - Access localhost through IP behind proxy -

i have apache server running on machine. when type

localhost/test.html

on browser's address bar, correctly opens test page have created. when seek open by

<myipaddress>/test.html

it doesn't open. accessing net through proxy. moreover, when access net without proxy, correctly opens test page. have proxy setting in apache configuration or else ?
